Great interview. Loved listening to Alice discuss her career and thoughts in the craft. Some of the most insightful comments I’ve heard about the nature of puppeteering. I discovered your show from watching Dark Crystal Age of Resistance. I was so impressed with Alice’s wonderful, incredibly emotional performance as Brea, I wanted to know more about her and looked for interviews. From here I’ve listened to many more episodes and have enjoyed them thoroughly. Great Job.
Considering the universal acclaim for Age of Resistance, might there be some upcoming interviews relating to the series?
Thanks,
Stacy
Stacy! Thanks for the feedback! I’m currently working on seeing if I can put together and Age of Resistance panel with several puppeteers. It’s a bit difficult at the moment because everyone is working (including me) but I’m working on it! Thanks so much!
Hi Grant. It’s good to hear that everyone is working!
In the meantime, I’ve been enjoying episodes of The Puzzle Place on YouTube. I can’t believe how much fun that show is, even though I’m forty. Alice is hilarious, and Carmen Osbahr as Kiki is such a delight.
